Social Accountability
Social Accountability is a very important part of our company management system, we know it is our people who hold the key to our success, it is our responsibility to provide them with healthy and safe working environment, promising careers etc. We pledged to follow the standards of Social Accountability 8000, especially:
- We comply with national and all other applicable laws and regulations, prevailing industry standards.
- We do not engage in or support the use of child labour.
- We do not engage in or support the use of forced or compulsory labour.
- To provide our people with good, healthy and safe working environment.
- To treat our people with dignity and respect.
- No discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement.
- We comply with applicable laws and industry standards on working hours and public holidays.
- We comply with legal or industry minimum standards for wages and welfares. In any event, we will provide a living wage
which enables our employees to meet their basic needs and to provide some discretionary income.
